How long does delivery take ?: Items that say 'In stock' will usually arrive on a standard delivery service within 2-3 working days. 'In stock Warehouse' will usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Please be aware some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Errors at their end could effect delivery times
"Available to order" Bikes: Delivery Time: "Available to order" Bikes are not held in store and lead times may vary, we encourage you to call or email the shop first to confirm lead times. We will contact all customers next day to advise on lead times. Bianchi, Ridley & Kona bikes are shipped from their EU Warehouses and typically take 10 days if in stock.
Covid 19 ordering exceptions: Please note that "most" sub �£500 Bikes not showing as "In stock" or "In Stock Warehouse" are currently sold out. We strongly recommend contacting us first before placing orders. Please note that delivery times with all couriers are currently extended, No guarantees can be made on exact delivery schedules.
Deliveries to IP & CO Postcodes: For many orders to IP and CO Postcodes we will offer to deliver in person using our own vehicles. We will contact you to make arrangements.
