Voted best on test by OutdoorFitness magazine and being awarded a very impressive four out of five stars by Road.cc website, the Endura Women's Pakajak may be small and ultra-lightweight but do not let that fool you, this wind and showerproof jacket definitely delivers when it comes down to features and performance. Ultra-lightweight, at a mere 154 grams you wont even feel like you have it on. An ideal jacket for those showery days when you want to keep light rain at bay but do not require a full-blown waterproof garment. About to hurtle down a cold, windy descent? just pop the Pakajak on and you can keep the wind chill off your chest and arms. Made from high quality ripstop polyester, very soft, durable and flexible and ideal for packing away into the provided stuff sack and then stored in a rear jersey pocket or kit bag. Many windproof jackets feel flimsy and carrier bag like, not the Pakajak though, as the double layer main body section has been constructed using bonded and laser cut methods for a strong and long lasting garment. Reflective detailing on the shoulders and sleeves keep you visible when the sun goes down and with Endura graphics, keeps you looking stylish even when battling against the wind. A nice feature is the zip guard and storm flap, providing another level of protection and being lower at the rear, prevents cold, wet road spray from going up your back. Breathability is crucial with windproof clothing, keeping the wind chill out but still providing ventilation is a tricky balance, one Endura have addressed with underarm mesh vents preventing moisture build up. The Pakajack is slim fit with elasticated cuffs, hem and neckline, making for a very comfortable jacket. Provided is a stuff sack, a nice touch, meaning the jacket can fold effortlessly away into a discrete 14 centimetre by 8 centimetre size, making it easy to store in a jersey pocket. Available in a range of sizes and distinctive colour schemes.
